I love the mall. Everything I could ask for under one roof! Bummer that it's not as used as it once was. Would love to see this place like it was when I was a kid

This was such a nice mall to visit. Walking through malls these days feels a bit nostalgic since so many are closing or changing, but this one was a great stop before our flight. It had a good variety of stores to browse, and it was the perfect way to kill some time and get a little shopping done. The mall was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating and places to grab a quick bite. Definitely a pleasant experience that reminded me of the classic mall outings!

When it comes to stores and value, Florence Mall is hard to beat. With Kenwood being so high end, and other malls in the area either closed or struggling, Florence is by far the best mall when it comes to value in the area. Plenty of large names and brands still found here, and plenty of nice stores that are nowhere else to be found in the tri-state area. A trip to Florence mall is well worth it. The mall also has an incredible modern retro feel with gorgeous tiling all throughout, and the mall overall just gives off a nice warm feeling. I have not had a bad experience at this mall and I always end up leaving having bought things.

We were pleasantly surprised by this older mall.. Been coming here since the late 80's and can't believe how nostalgic it would be to stop in.. This mall is very well kept, lots of shopping options, they have a full since play place and arcade, they also have a massive food court with many options. They have all the favorites as well.. like Victoria secret, build a bear, Spencer's, fye, Macy's, lots of jewelry stores, gaming stores and one store that's a major throw back for the 80's & 90s nostalgia! We had a lot of fun spending many hours exploring and having fun!

I came in with 12 different items for them to test to see if its real, Daniel was patient with me and carefully explained what every step of the tests were. They even fixed a ring I brought with me very quickly

Although the mall is very sparce, it's still active and what businesses are there, in my experience anyway, were great! We visited Painted Dreams for my son to be daughter in law's shower and it was great! The ladies there are super helpful and kind and the cost is really quite reasonable for what you get. Before the shower, I ate at Osaka Grill and it was delicious. I like sweeter teriyaki type foods and the bourbon chicken was perfect. The server was not the most friendly person, but the food was tasty.

Easy to walk mall, not super big inside but big enough to do some quick shopping and browsing. The mall does have a decent amount of empty storefronts, primarily in the side corridors or at the very ends of the mall. The busiest part of the entire mall is the food court, every space is occupied with a variety of food options. There are 2 levels in the mall with escalators on both ends to go up and down. On one end the escalator going down did not work, but worked on the other end of the mall. I'm not sure this mall is keeping up with the times to survive. With the amount of vacancies here and dated interior, its only a matter of time. Name brand stores are also low, a large percentage of the current stores are stores I've never heard of before.

We stopped to stretch our legs and check out the mall on our way home from Florida! Mall was clean and had lots of different stores and food options! It was pretty cool to see how close the planes got!
